Kyle graduated from St. John's University School of Law in 2010, where he concentrated his studies in both criminal and civil litigation practice. While in law school, he interned at the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office, for which he received a CALI Award for Excellence. Prior to joining the firm, Kyle worked for Tinari, O'Connell & Osborn, LLP.

Kyle attended the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland, where he graduated with a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice. At the University of Maryland, Kyle was a member of the University of Maryland Club Lacrosse Team.
